Shipping and Exchange Policy

At CateringCare.net, we are committed to ensuring timely, reliable, and hygienic delivery of both prepared food and catering supplies—whether it's for live events, institutional catering, or bulk orders.

1. Counter-Based Food Delivery (On-Site Service)
1.1 For live events, weddings, corporate functions, or daily catering contracts, food is delivered directly to your venue and served from our designated counters by trained staff.

1.2 We ensure:

  • Punctual delivery of all food items before service time
  • Safe and hygienic transport and handling
  • Food is maintained at optimum temperature and freshness until served

1.3 Clients are requested to verify menu items upon delivery at the counter. Any immediate concerns can be addressed on-site by our service supervisor.

2. Supply Delivery (Ingredients, Bulk Meals, Equipment, etc.)
2.1 For institutions, hotels, or regular partners, we also provide supply delivery such as:

  • Raw materials (on contract)
  • Pre-packed or bulk meals
  • Kitchenware, disposable serving material, etc.

2.2 All supplies are delivered via our own logistics team or trusted delivery partners based on the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order.
2.3 A delivery challan/invoice will be provided at the time of delivery. Please inspect the supplies upon receipt.

3. Exchange & Replacement
3.1 We do not accept exchanges for perishable food once served or delivered, unless there is a genuine and verifiable issue, such as:

  • Wrong dish or missing items
  • Spoiled/stale food
  • Damaged or contaminated supplies

3.2 In such cases, we will:

  • Replace the item on priority (if feasible)
  • Or issue a 100% refund for the affected item

3.3 For supply items (non-perishable), exchange may be possible within 2 days of delivery, if:

  • Item is unused
  • Packaging is intact
  • Issue is reported immediately with proof (photos/videos)

4. Limitations

  • We are not liable for food quality issues arising after counter service or after long delays in consumption.
  • Improper storage by the client after handover voids refund/exchange eligibility.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, strikes) will be communicated and handled as reasonably as possible.
